Tribute for Dilla at an excellent spot, 5E Gallery, a dope art gallery and performance space, owned by Detroiters Piper Carter and DJ Sicari. Really cool to see that the Urban Stringz II will be performing also. USII’s founder is cool young lady and a good friend, who goes by the name of Cecelia Sharpe aka C Sharpe.

We have a Whole Day of Cultural Celebration of the Legacy of J Dilla.

Starting @ 2pm We’ll be running the film “Suite for Ma Dukes”.

6:30pm Urban Strings Youth Orchestra will perform.

9pm Show Starts.

Donations $10

We are also accepting music instruments as donations for Urban Strings Youth Orchestra.

All proceeds will help benefit The J Dilla Foundation.
